DMCA Copyright Infringement Notification Policy

Video Peanut Butter Energy Balls respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Video Peanut Butter Energy Balls service and/or the Video Peanut Butter Energy Balls website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

  5. **Electronic Signature:** Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

DMCA Counter-Notification Policy

If you believe that your material (e.g., "Video Peanut Butter Energy Balls" content) has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notification, at our sole discretion.

  • **Consent to Jurisdiction:** Include the following statement in the body of the Notice:
    • "I hereby state that I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Video Peanut Butter Energy Balls may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement or an agent of such person."
  • **Electronic Signature:** Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.
